What the Acronym Stands for
BACKGROUND & TESTIMONIALS:
During and prior to Summer's Vision Improvement, IN-OWT was intuitively developed as she found that traditional and other forms of 'therapy' inadequate. During the exploration of her past she healed many other emotional and physical symptoms also - Chronic Migraines, Pre-cancerous Cerivcal Cells and a Streptocoal Blood infection through the same intuitive process.
It is a natural process that emphasizes the power of your inner knowledge and resources. Our energetic understanding of ourselves (inner vision) in relationship to our surroundings (outer seeing) directly effects all aspects or our wellbeing and health including our eyesight through energetic constrictions.
Along with reduced prescriptions, this is the primary method to which Summer improved her own vision. Beginning with a prescription of -5.0 for myopia, she was tested in 2006 by her Optometrist and found to be legal to drive without glasses.

"I came into my first INOWT workshop hoping that it would be a fit for me. Having been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, I have found being still and quiet was difficult and I have never achieved much with different kinds of meditation. Having had previous courses of cognitive behavioural therapy as well as year of medication for anxiety, I learned to get through life but always wondered if I would ever reach a point where the panic would go away.
The self-helaing aspect of INOWT brought about a major shift in the way that I experience and react to anxiety. Allowing my mind to explore what came forth was amazingly freeing. I came out of that first workshop knowing that I had found the core of my panic attacks. During my process, I spontaneously recalled an important memory which I immediately recognized as the beginning of my emotional disorder. I observed the feeling of panic in the memory, and understood why I continued to feel that anxiety as I grew up. The neat thing about this experience is that I did not expect to uncover that memory and I did not realize what an emotional impact it had on me. By allowing my mind to follow what was in my present awareness, it led me to exactly the issue I needed and wanted to deal with, without me consciously guiding myself there!
I have learned to embrace the anxiety and understand why I am feeling it rather than trying to fight it. INOWT has given me the ability to work with aspects of myself that I was judging and avoiding. I have learned that these "bad" elements, such as a panic are not bad, they just need to be understood. What has come with this is understanding and a feeling of inner strength and I no longer fear a panic attack. I have learned to embrace the anxiety and understand why I am feeling it rather than trying to fight it. I can now observe my anxiety rather than judge or push it away which allows me to understand what I need when it arises. I would not have this ability without learning INOWT. I came from a state of almost daily panic attacks to one every couple of weeks. With recognition of why I am feeling the panic, it dissolves almost immediately because I am not fighting it. In fact, I have learned to understand it as trying to protect me. I believe that as I continue to work with INOWT, I will be relieved of my anxiety, something that medication and cognitive therapy were not able to achieve for me. INOWT for Vision Conditions
I approached Summer (Natural Vision School) after two years of feeling that my left eye was not working. I was also near the point of emotional breakdown.
I grew up with a condition called Amblyopia (lazy eye) and it was reappearing in my adult life. I also had constant tension around that eye and was having trouble with reading.
Since my optometrist offered no advice except to say I was “aging,” my friend mentioned Summer to me. My friend had taken her son to see Summer and he had been greatly helped with eye tracking and migraine headaches.
Through Summer, I learned that trouble with eyesight can be a result of stress and emotional trauma, which fit the timeline both for my childhood vision troubles and the recent onset of other symptoms. She indicated her INside-OWT program would be appropriate for me and we began to work with some inner work that dealt with the trauma I had experienced alongside gentle, eye muscle training (tools and exercises).
Through her, I have learned to listen to and trust what my body and inner self have to say. I feel at home in my own body and life. My eye very quickly strengthened, and I can see with both vision fields and wear glasses less. I also wear a lower prescription that I had originally. The tension around my eye is gone. I found Summer to be knowledgeable, authentic, and so warmly compassionate and supportive as she guided me in learning to trust and listen to my inner self.
I found this to be a healing and empowering process which has influenced my view of physical symptoms and why people have them.
