Eyes are Light Receptors & they have a Light Reflex
The Eyes (Our Precious Perceptual Orbs) purpose is to receive light and light, is otherwise known as our consciousness...
The cells at the back of the eye that receive visual stimulation are cones and Rods and they are LIGHT RECEPTORS. And through our thoughts and feelings we literally change how light is taken in !
This is called the Light Reflex.
Millions of sensations and nerve impulses in your eye are sent into your brain. … Light shaped into recognizable images, stimulates and interacts with your memories of past events. In this respect, vision is anything but passive.

The Retinoscope & The Light Reflex.
The image to the right is a retinoscope…It has a lens and has a light that is usually held in front of a clients face while the Optometrist will ask you to look off into the distance while he or she observes a light reflex from the retina.
One Day the Optometrist Roberto Kaplan heard about reflexes in peoples eyes when they think or visualize….. and it occurred to him to see if the light reflex he was trained as an optometrist to see through a retinoscope might change when people think or visualize!! …
So, he began to ask patients questions to see if the reflex he was seeing through the retinoscope was affected by the persons thoughts or feelings…
What he noticed was that the degree of reflex motion and colour difference were dependent on the patients participation. If the patient was trying to see, was unfocused, wasn’t concentrating or changed his or her thought sequence or feelings the retinal reflex changed!…
He noticed that if a patient remembered a pleasant event in childhood that the reflex became brighter! So from this observation he could see that the persons thoughts and feelings were influencing the light presence in his eyes and that the mind and brain interaction was literally dictating the amount of light that was projected through the eyes.
